Job summary

Bybit seeks a seasoned product leader to design and optimize spot trading features, with a focus on order matching and trading workflows. You will explore AI-enabled tools and stay ahead of crypto market trends while evaluating on-chain and CeDeFi opportunities.

Experience with RWAs, tokenized stocks, or on-chain yield products is highly valued; you will collaborate with a global team to advance Bybit’s trading ecosystem and expand cross‑asset capabilities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in trading products, familiar with spot/derivatives trading systems.
Deep understanding of order-matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical mechanics.
Strong product design capability with end-to-end ownership (0 to 1).
Up-to-date knowledge of the crypto asset market and industry trends.
Experience building on-chain trading platforms or integrating DeFi protocols.
Hands-on exploration in RWAs, tokenized stocks, or on-chain yield products.
Experience with AI integration in trading contexts.
