Bybit is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define and lead the global product vision, integrating trading, payments, wealth management, and institutional solutions into a unified ecosystem. You will drive AI-driven transformation and growth across markets, reporting to the Founder.

You will own the product roadmap, scale a global product organization, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while pushing for rapid innovation and user-centric design.

Qualifications

• Senior product leader with global, high-growth experience.
• Strong background in crypto, fintech or digital tech products.
• Experience leading product and growth functions with PLG.
• Experience driving AI adoption in products.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end global product strategy across all lines.
• Build cohesive product ecosystem with integrated UX.
• Lead growth product function covering acquisition to monetization.
• Design and implement product-led growth and data experimentation.
• Drive AI adoption across products and internal processes.
• Translate vision into roadmaps and execution plans.
