Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Direct Stocks and tokenized stocks initiatives. You will define product features, interfaces with overseas brokers, and drive end-to-end delivery across accounts, assets, trading, market data, settlement, and corporate actions.

You will collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk, engineering and operations to ensure market access and investor suitability across regions, while researching competitive offerings to guide ongoing product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trading products, including US equities or tokenized stocks.
• Familiar with Direct Stocks business model and related brokers, custodians, and market makers.
• Strong understanding of securities trading processes: orders, settlements, and corporate actions.
• Ability to engage with overseas brokers and partner institutions to drive requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks modules (accounts, assets, trading, data, settlement, actions).
• Interface with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and issuers; drive API integration, design, testing, and launches.
• Design US equity trading capabilities: order types, sessions, buying power, settlements, NBBO, price protection, corporate actions.
• Integrate Direct Stocks with accounts and trading infrastructure; design fund flows including deposits, FX, transfers, settlement, reconciliation.
• Design mStocks: issuance, subscription/redemption, minting, custody, price pegging, liquidity, on-chain workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk, engineering, operations to enable market access across regions.
• Research and propose competitive analyses and product iterations.
