Bybit is seeking a Trading Products role focusing on the design and optimization of spot trading experiences. You will lead the development of new features, improve user workflows, and investigate AI-assisted trading tools to enhance performance and decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in trading product roles, deep knowledge of order matching, and a strong crypto market understanding. This role emphasizes end-to-end product ownership from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trading products, with strong familiarity with spot or derivatives trading systems.
• Deep understanding of order matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical logic.
• Excellent product design capabilities, with the ability to independently manage product planning and execution from 0 to 1.

Role Overview

This role requires a deep understanding of trading system architecture, order matching logic, user experience, and on-chain assets. It also demands forward-looking judgment and a strong interest in the trend of financial asset tokenization (such as Tokenized Stocks, Pre-IPO, and RWA Yield).

Key Responsibilities

Trading Product Design & Optimization

• Lead the planning, design, and continuous iteration of spot trading products.
• Drive the implementation of new trading features and continuously optimize the user trading experience.
• Explore the design and application of AI-driven trading tools (e.g., smart order routing, market analysis assistants).
• Develop a profound understanding of core trading system logic, including order matching, order status transitions, and market depth management.

CeDeFi & RWA Innovation

• Explore innovative directions for spot on-chain businesses, bringing DeFi innovations into centralized exchanges (CEX).
• Advance the launch of CeDeFi products to bridge the gap between on-chain and off-chain trading experiences.
• Track and drive the productization of emerging asset classes, including RWAs, tokenized stocks, and Pre-IPO assets.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in trading products, with a strong familiarity with spot or derivatives trading systems.
• Deep understanding of order matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical logic.
• Excellent product design capabilities, with the ability to independently manage product planning and execution from 0 to 1.
• Profound knowledge of the crypto asset market, with a continuous eye on industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications / Pluses:

• Experience building on-chain trading platforms or working with DeFi protocol combinations.
• Hands‑on experience or in-depth research in RWAs, tokenized stocks, or on‑chain yield products.
• Exploration experience in the direction of AI + Trading.
• Familiarity with mainstream public blockchain ecosystems and smart contract interaction logic.
