Job summary

Bybit in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior product professional to lead the Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks initiatives, driving planning, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with overseas brokers and custodians. The role focuses on US stock trading capabilities, market data protection, and end-to-end system design within our trading platform.

You will own product architecture, workflows, and risk-managed execution, interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and R&D teams to deliver

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in trading products, with a focus on US stocks, tokenized stocks, or RWA-related offerings.
Deep familiarity with Direct Stocks business model and roles of Brokers, Introducing Brokers, Clearing Brokers, Custodians, and Market Makers.

Responsibilities

Drive product planning and delivery for Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks, covering core modules like accounts, assets, trading, market data, settlement, and corporate actions.
Manage vendor and partner integrations with overseas brokers, custodians, and stock issuers; design workflows and oversee end-to-end testing.
Design and implement comprehensive US equity trading features: order types, trading sessions, and buying power management.
Integrate Direct Stocks with platform accounts, cash accounts, and trading engines; define end-to-end financial workflows.
