Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking an AI Portfolio & Governance Manager to support governance across the AI portfolio using ServiceNow SPM. You will coordinate between the AI CoE, Product Management and delivery teams to ensure enterprise alignment and compliant program delivery.

The role requires hands-on SPM experience, an information technology or related degree, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will maintain audit-ready documentation and drive continuous improvement in portfolio data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, CS, business administration or related field.
• Portfolio, programme or project management certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM, governance gates, and reporting.

• Support portfolio governance and ensure compliance across AI initiatives.
• Coordinate approvals, risk, and reporting within the AI portfolio.
