Dubai Holding is seeking an Associate Director – AI Product Management (AI Platforms) to own the enterprise AI platform roadmap and drive adoption, reliability and cost efficiency across the portfolio.

You will translate platform capabilities into reusable services, collaborate with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities at pace.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in technology, platform or digital product roles.
• 3+ years owning a platform, infrastructure or developer-facing product.
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning or agentic capabilities into production at enterprise scale.
• Experience managing technology vendor and partner relationships.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the enterprise AI platform roadmap aligned with technology priorities.
• Establish and maintain the platform capability model and investment sequencing.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term architectural direction.
• Lead technical and commercial engagement with AI platform vendors and partners.
• Embed security, privacy and responsible AI controls into the platform by design.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, architecture, cybersecurity and change management teams.
