Job summary

Network International is seeking an AI Project Portfolio Lead (AVP) based in Dubai. You will oversee the enterprise AI portfolio, align use cases with business value, and drive delivery from concept to production across AI Champions, business teams and technology stakeholders.

You will shape solution designs, manage data readiness, govern delivery, and report portfolio performance to senior leadership, ensuring timely decisions and value realization within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in portfolio, program and project management and AI solutioning.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio across multiple teams translating complex problems into AI/analytics solutions.
• Preferred experience in financial services, fintech, payments or regulated data-intensive environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/PgMP/PfMP) advantageous.
• Strong governance, reporting and risk management capabilities.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day oversight of the enterprise AI portfolio across AI Champions, Business Transformation and strategic AI initiatives.
• Maintain the AI pipeline and roadmap; help prioritize initiatives by value, risk and feasibility.
• Identify, assess and qualify AI opportunities aligned with objectives and measurable needs.
• Translate problems into structured requirements, BRDs, business cases and KPIs.
• Shape AI solution designs and coordinate with Architecture, Security and Platform teams.
• Assess data readiness and coordinate data ingestion, masking and environment prep.
• Establish regular portfolio reviews and reporting cadences with dashboards and KPIs.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; drive mitigation and resolution.
• Guide teams through use-case scoping, prototyping, testing and UAT with governance in mind.
• Coordinate with Data Scientists and Forward Deployed AI Lead to ensure secure, measurable solutions.
• Consolidate use-case needs into AI Factory capabilities and coordinate production-readiness activities.
• Prepare decision-oriented portfolio updates for governance forums and drive continuous improvement.
