Job summary

Dubai Holding in Dubai is seeking a Manager – Product Management (Corporate AI) to own end-to-end AI product delivery, from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. You will work with executive and corporate users to translate needs into actionable product definitions and KPIs.

You will manage backlogs, coordinate with engineering, data, security and platform teams, and drive adoption of AI-enabled services across the group.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
3–6 years of experience in digital or AI product management.
Experience owning a product end-to-end from requirements through launch and iteration.
Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven products.
Experience working with senior or executive stakeholders is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Engage executive and corporate users to understand needs, decision workflows and pain points.
Translate requirements into clear product definitions, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Run structured discovery and experimentation to validate value and feasibility before build commitments.
Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned AI products, including Rocket, from definition through to launch.
Manage the product backlog, sprint priorities and release planning with the delivery squad.
Ensure quality, usability and readiness criteria are met before release to a senior user base.
Define, track and report product KPIs covering adoption, usage, accuracy, satisfaction and time saved.
Maintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions and model or agent behavior.
