Job summary

kbctechnologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Manager – AI to lead enterprise-wide AI strategy, transformation, governance, and business value creation from Umm Al Quwain.

The role requires strong leadership across machine learning, deep learning, AI engineering, data engineering, and AI lifecycle management. You will lead cross-functional AI teams, oversee the AI portfolio and partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in AI, data science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading enterprise transformation and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI use cases, governance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and oversee advanced AI products, platforms, and scalable solutions.
• Establish and chair AI governance frameworks.
• Promote responsible AI practices covering privacy, fairness, explainability, compliance, and risk management.
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional AI teams.
• Promote enterprise-wide AI literacy and adoption.
• Manage the AI portfolio, investments, budgets, and business value measurement.
• Evaluate build, buy, or blended technology strategies.
• Guide AI architecture and technology selection.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions.
• Engage with industry bodies and other relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the CEO, C-suite, and senior leadership on AI strategy and transformation.
