Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead AI-led growth across major accounts in Financial Services and Retail. You will shape strategy, position transformative AI initiatives, and engage senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

You will guide go-to-market, collaborate with sales and industry leaders, and ensure responsible AI principles are embedded from opportunity framing to delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in consulting or professional services with client-facing leadership.
• 5+ years leading AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years hands-on Generative AI (LLMs, AI agents) experience.
• 5+ years in Banking/Insurance/Manufacturing & Healthcare/ Public Sector industries.
• 2+ years presales leadership including opportunity identification and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for mega accounts or regional portfolios.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior executives and align AI value to business goals.
• Shape AI transformation opportunities and develop compelling solution narratives.
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including solution design and executive presentations.
• Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue, and commercial outcomes across accounts.
