Job summary

Keeta is seeking a seasoned Rider Operations & Strategy Manager to balance rider supply with delivery demand across the UAE. You will shape pricing, incentives, and dispatch frameworks to optimize fulfillment costs and the rider/customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional projects, monitor operational metrics in real time, and leverage AI for strategy modeling and decision-making in a dynamic international market.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Rider strategy operations or related logistics roles in food delivery/instant delivery.
• Strong data-analysis capability; SQL proficiency; Python/R preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own rider supply-demand management for UAE; design surge, subsidies, and dispatch mechanisms.
• Monitor real-time metrics; identify risks and implement targeted interventions.
• Set and analyze KPIs across fulfillment stages; translate insights into actions.
• Design and run A/B tests to validate strategy directions and rollouts.
• Leverage AI tools for market dynamics, analytics, and decision making.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, R&D, and local operations.
