Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking an experienced product manager with a strong technical background to translate business requirements into clear product roadmaps and detailed technical specifications for our retail tech stack.

You will lead AI/ML solution deployments across multiple retail locations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end programs from concept to deployment, and drive ROI through adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

2+ years in product management, technical PM, or solutions engineering.
4+ years deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
2+ years leading enterprise software implementations, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
Strong foundation: ML concepts, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with retail processes: merchandising, inventory, POS, supply chain, analytics.
Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation, translating tech to non-tech audiences.
PMP/Agile/Scrum certification.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into product roadmaps and technical specs.
Lead software implementation programs from concept through deployment.
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML technologies, APIs, and third-party solutions.
Manage product lifecycle: market research, success metrics, requirements, prioritization, ROI tracking.
Drive adoption across retail teams; create change management strategies and training.
Identify and mitigate technical risks; coordinate with support teams to resolve blockers.
Monitor industry trends and present insights to leadership.
Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams for alignment.
