Job summary

Balio is seeking a product leader to own a defined product area within its portfolio. You will work with company leaders, customers and engineers to decide what to build and deliver it, combining industry knowledge with AI-driven opportunities to enhance existing products and create new capabilities that customers value.

You will lead discovery, define priorities, and drive delivery from concept to launch while measuring adoption and outcomes to guide the next steps.

Qualifications

• Experience taking software products or significant features from discovery to launch.
• Strong customer discovery, analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and make informed technical trade-offs.
• Commercial judgement, clear communication and a hands-on approach to delivery.
