Job summary

Apparel Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and govern the group’s technology architecture across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and corporate functions. You will align business strategy with modernization, standardization, scalability, and innovation while advising executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years in technology leadership, enterprise/solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 5 years in senior architecture leadership.
• Experience in retail, omnichannel, e-commerce, or large multi-brand organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and cloud platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategic initiatives into scalable capabilities.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, governance, and frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews ensuring alignment with standards, security, scalability, and strategy.
• Drive application portfolio rationalization and reduce technical debt.
• Define enterprise integration architecture and promote API-first, event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with data teams on enterprise data architecture, governance, and AI-ready foundations.
• Work with digital teams to architect solutions for omnichannel, customer engagement, and retail ops.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide business value recommendations.
• Develop reference architectures, capability maps, and future-state operating models.
• Provide architectural leadership across ERP, POS, e-commerce, supply chain, CRM, HR, finance, and corporate systems.
