Job summary

R&B Fashion in Dubai is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-driven retail tech initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear technical roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale implementations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive AI/ML integrations, manage risk, measure ROI, and champion adoption with training and documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, technical PM, or solutions engineering.
• 4+ years hands-on AI/ML in production environments.
• 2+ years leading enterprise software implementations in retail/e-commerce.
• Strong ML concepts, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with retail processes: merchandising, inventory, POS, supply chain, analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation; explain tech to non-tech audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Proficiency with Claude/ChatGPT to automate workflows.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or solutions engineering roles
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building, architecting, or deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• 2+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or related industries
• Strong technical foundation: understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model training, validation), APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience with retail business processes: merchandising, inventory management, point-of-sale systems, supply chain, and customer analytics
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proficiency in using Claude/ Chat GPT to automate workflows and build agents.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
