Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a Product Technical Leader to own the full product lifecycle and drive an AI-first roadmap. You will collaborate with founders and customers to translate needs into features, mentor the dev team, and ensure scalable MERN-based solutions.

You will oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, promote modern architecture and CI/CD, and push AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery and future-ready development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN).
• Mandatory experience in AI-assisted coding, LLMs, or ML integrations.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, VPC).
• Strong understanding of architecture, microservices, and system design.
• Proven leadership and product leadership experience in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle and deliver a strong aligned product roadmap.
• Lead and mentor the development team, setting modern best practices.
• Oversee development using the MERN Stack and contribute directly when needed.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and ensure reliable deployment pipelines.
• Drive AI-driven innovation and integrate AI tools, ML models, and automation frameworks.
