Job summary

R&B Fashion in Dubai is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-driven retail tech initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear technical roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale implementations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive AI/ML integrations, manage risk, measure ROI, and champion adoption with training and documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, technical PM, or solutions engineering.
• 4+ years hands-on AI/ML in production environments.
• 2+ years leading enterprise software implementations in retail/e-commerce.
• Strong ML concepts, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with retail processes: merchandising, inventory, POS, supply chain, analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation; explain tech to non-tech audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Proficiency with Claude/ChatGPT to automate workflows.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and product roadmaps.
• Lead software implementation programs from concept through deployment across multiple retail locations and systems.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML technologies, APIs, and third-party solutions; assess build vs buy decisions.
• Manage product lifecycle: market research, define success metrics, gather requirements, prioritize features, and measure ROI.
• Drive adoption of new solutions across retail teams; create change management strategies and training/documentation.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with support teams.
• Monitor AI/retail tech trends; present competitive insights to leadership.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle.
