Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to AI/ML products.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry preferred.
• Strong technical fluency - comfortable in conversations with ML engineers and data scientists.
• A track record of shipping products end-to-end, from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication skills; able to flex between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with startup pace - ambiguity, fast iteration, wearing multiple hats.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, or regulatory frameworks in financial services.

The Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to own the roadmap for their AI-driven products - from intelligent automation and fraud/risk tooling to customer-facing AI features.
