Job summary

CEQUENS in Dubai seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to act as the technical liaison between sales and prospective clients. You will understand client needs and demonstrate how CEQUENS CPaaS/SaaS solutions enhanced by AI address them, crafting tailored use cases and compelling demonstrations.

The role requires a software development background and solid SDLC knowledge, and is based onsite in the UAE. The candidate will build industry-specific use cases, lead demonstrations and PoCs, and

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs and integration methods.
• Comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and models including LLMs and their applications.
• Excellent ability to interface with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
• Extensive experience crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys from business analysis.
• Solid technical background with prompt engineering and programming skills in JS/Python/Java.
• Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients and target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and present tailored CPaaS/SaaS solutions.
• Design solutions that integrate with customers' existing systems and workflows.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs to showcase value.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses and other docs.
• Work with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback for development.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and AI tech in SaaS/CPaaS.
