As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer youll serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to understand client needs and demonstrate how the companys CPaaS/SaaS solutions enhanced by AI capabilities can address those needs effectively. This role involves crafting tailored solutions delivering compelling demonstrations and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. The right candidate will come from a software develpoment background and know the SDLC well. This role would not suit a network or security engineer. The role is based in Dubai onsite so you will already be based in the UAE.
The role will building industry specific use cases utilizing CEQUENS products and solutions showcasing the value and impact of the CEQUENS platforms. The right candidate will excel in a customer facing high performance team to collaborate and win joint opportunities with sales and customer success. It will lead on RFP/RFI submissions and act as liaison between different departments to cover technical and business requirements to ensure best optimal results achieved.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
