Job summary

instashop, headquartered in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional to own day-to-day paid campaigns and analytics. The role blends campaign execution with strategic analysis across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, leveraging AI to automate reporting and optimize workflows.

You will partner with the Head of Marketing on marcomms calendars, incentive tracking, and performance reviews, while maintaining a fast-paced, data-driven approach across the UAE and Egypt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• At least 2 years focused on paid social.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign setup, bidding, and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
• Analyse campaign performance from impression to conversion and build reports for stakeholders.
• Design and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing experiences.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing on marcomms planning and incentive tracking.
• Monitor budgets and CAC to hit performance targets.
