The role combines strategic advisory, sales accountability, and engagement leadership across cross-functional teams, delivering proposals, shaping opportunities, and guiding complex analytics and digital initiatives for Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Sales and account management experience in professional services or SaaS.
• Experience coordinating multiple engagements and third parties.
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
• Ability to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals.
• Ability to provide perspective on payments industry and marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Sell services and manage accounts across multiple engagements.
• Contribute to Mastercard deal bids and new logos.
• Translate client needs into hypotheses and structured work for projects.
• Support pitches from storyboard to face-to-face presentation.
• Create persuasive written materials tailored to the audience at hand.
• Contribute to project delivery and remediate shortcomings quickly.
