Managing Consultant – Services Business Development – AI & Digital

Overview

Mastercard Services provides cutting‑edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion‑dollar business decisions and grow their organizations.

This role will drive business development of Services products and services across customers in EEMEA, particularly for new logos with a focus on Digital/AI.

Role

• Services products / services to cover advanced analytics, digital strategy, prototyping, loyalty, marketing services, and bespoke consulting
• Deliver against sales targets for new accounts and/or contribute to Mastercard Worldwide deal bids
• Capture senior and mid‑level clients’ implicit business needs in addition to articulated requests, and identify the most critical aspects of the problem
• Translate objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large/complex projects or ill‑defined problems
• Contribute to formal and informal pitches, from "storyboarding" through face‑to‑face presentation
• Create succinct, persuasive written materials tailored to the "level" of the audience
• Contribute to project delivery, quickly identifying shortcomings in projects and taking remedial action

All About you

• Sales and account management experience in professional services or SaaS
• Experience working with teams across multiple engagements and with third parties
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
• Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities
• Ability to provide perspective on payments industry and marketplace
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
