Job summary

Amerikan Foods seeks a visionary Lead - AI Engineering, Automation & Digital Transformation to drive enterprise AI adoption and automation. You will lead a cross-functional team, design scalable AI/ML solutions, and embed AI-driven decision making across operations.

You will work with CxO offices and senior IT leaders to deliver ROI through intelligent automation, governance, and platform integration across ERP, CRM, and BI systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on AI/ML, automation and transformation experience.
• Proven leadership of AI/automation teams delivering enterprise solutions.
• Expert in Python, LLM frameworks, Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
• Strong RPA, workflow platforms and MLOps tooling knowledge.
• Deep GenAI, agentic AI architectures, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team of AI engineers, automation developers and transformation specialists.
• Architect and scale AI/ML solutions and agentic AI platforms.
• Design and deploy intelligent automation using Power Automate, UiPath and Azure AI.
• Build and operationalize ML/GenAI models with strong MLOps practices.
• Drive digital transformation roadmap with measurable ROI.
• Enforce Responsible AI, governance, bias monitoring and security.
• Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions across ERP/CRM/BI.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executives.
