Top-Tier Management Consulting Firm is seeking a Principal/Associate Partner to lead AI and digital transformation initiatives within the TMT & Government Practice across the Middle East (UAE/KSA).

The role targets senior leadership with 10+ years in consulting, proven success in guiding large-scale programmes from strategy through implementation, and the ability to advise C-suite executives on AI strategy and operating models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and transformation experience.
• Deep Public sector or telecommunications (TMT) expertise.
• Experience advising C-suite executives on AI strategy and digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and leading high-performing teams.
