Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited is seeking a skilled M365 Adoption Lead/Change Manager in Abu Dhabi to drive adoption and transformation of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization. You will align business and IT, develop training programs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale changes.

The role requires deep knowledge of M365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and proven experience managing complex change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience leading M365 adoption and change projects.
• Experience with M365 tools and their use cases for different business scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
• Creative, innovative, and agile, with adaptability to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current M365 usage and maturity; set KPIs.
• Oversee M365 applications and increase adoption.
• Develop and deliver training and support for users and champions.
• Build a network of M365 champions.
• Define project KPIs and track them during and after the project.
• Measure adoption impact using data and feedback.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting adoption and change.
• Align M365 activities with other initiatives.
• Stay updated on M365 trends and innovations.
• Design, deploy, and support Modern Workplace solutions.
• Analyze usage data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular user training sessions and workshops.
• Provide troubleshooting support with IT teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams for new M365 apps or integrations.
• Monitor licensing and subscriptions; optimize usage and costs.
• Report progress and outcomes of adoption initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among M365 users.
