Job summary

• 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and Jira practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of process mapping and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain Jira Epics/Stories; ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with product, development, and QA in Agile sprints.
• Support UAT, release planning, and quality assurance.
