Job summary

Zento Era in Dubai (DXB) with remote options is seeking a strategic, hands-on Business Analyst / Project Manager. You will translate rough briefs into fully documented specs that engineers can act on immediately, then track delivery, surface blockers, and ensure what gets built matches what was asked for.

As the center of every significant project, you will discuss requirements with stakeholders, write BRDs/FRDs and user stories, coordinate delivery across teams, and maintain a live backlog

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a BA or PM at a fintech or tech company
• A portfolio of requirements documents — BRDs, FRDs, or user stories — you can speak to
• Track record delivering cross-functional technical projects on time
• Comfortable in agile or scrum environments and able to explain complex problems to non-technical stakeholders

• Write BRDs, FRDs, and user stories precise enough that engineering has no ambiguity
• Coordinate delivery across quant, infrastructure, and product teams — timelines, milestones, and blockers

• Check delivered work against original requirements and sign off with stakeholders

About The Role

Good ideas fail because of poor handoffs — vague requirements, missed timelines, or miscommunication between business and tech. You'll fix that. As our BA/PM, you'll take initiatives from a rough brief to a fully documented spec that engineers can act on immediately. Then you'll track delivery, surface blockers, and make sure what gets built matches what was asked for. You'll sit at the center of every significant project.
