Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in business analysis.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats; provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Develop detailed business cases with cost–benefit analyses and risk assessments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specs and user stories.
