Job summary

Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer, Salesforce

Contract | Middle East

We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with a major client in the Middle East, designing and deploying AI-powered solutions across the Salesforce platform.

This is a highly client-facing role for someone who combines strong Salesforce engineering expertise with the ability to quickly understand business challenges, prototype solutions and take high-value Agentforce use cases into production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including autonomous agent workflows.
• Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to identify, shape and prioritise valuable AI use cases.
• Rapidly prototype, test and productionise solutions within a forward-deployed engineering model.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data platforms and external systems.
• Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Advise on solution architecture, security, governance and the adoption of AI capabilities.
• Lead client workshops, demonstrations and working sessions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers and business stakeholders throughout delivery and adoption.

Experience required

• Strong hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform.
• Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI or wider Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Flow, APIs, integrations and Salesforce data architecture.
• Experience working within the Engineering & Construction sector, or delivering technology solutions into E&C organisations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Willing and able to travel across the Middle East, including periods working onsite with the client.
