Job summary

Norton Blake in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer for Salesforce projects, working directly with a major client in the Middle East to design and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will prototype, test and productionise Agentforce use cases, integrate with Salesforce and external systems, and guide architecture, security and governance.

This highly client-facing role requires strong Salesforce engineering expertise and willingness to travel across the Middle

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce platform across deployments.
Hands-on with Agentforce and Einstein AI.
Knowledge of Apex, Flow, APIs and data architecture.
Experience delivering tech solutions to E&C sector.
Excellent client-facing communication.
Willing to travel across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Design, build and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including autonomous agent workflows.
Partner directly with client stakeholders to identify and shape valuable AI use cases.
Rapidly prototype, test and productionise solutions within a forward-deployed model.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data platforms and external systems.
Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Advise on solution architecture, security, governance and AI adoption.
Lead client workshops, demonstrations and working sessions.
Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
