Job summary

Strike IT Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a major digital transformation program in Abu Dhabi.

You will design, build and deploy AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce solutions, working directly with senior stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and rapidly prototype to production. This role blends technical depth with solution consulting in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Design, build, configure and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions and autonomous AI agent workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI, automation and Agentforce use cases.
• Translate real-world challenges into practical Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate and productionise AI-powered solutions.
• Configure Agentforce agents, actions, topics, instructions and supporting workflows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, enterprise platforms, APIs and external systems.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, APIs and integration technologies.
• Ensure agents have access to trusted enterprise data within Salesforce data architecture.
• Support solution architecture across security, governance, scalability and responsible AI adoption.
• Lead client workshops, demonstrations, discovery sessions and technical working sessions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Data teams and business stakeholders.
• Support adoption of Agentforce solutions and improve agents based on feedback and performance.

Contract: 6 Months Initial – Strong Potential for Long-Term Extension

Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme with a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing, building and deploying AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions and take successful use cases through to production.

This is not a traditional Salesforce development role. We are looking for someone who combines strong Salesforce engineering expertise, Agentforce/AI knowledge and solution consulting capability, and who is comfortable working directly with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions and autonomous AI agent workflows
• Work directly with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise high-value AI, automation and Agentforce use cases
• Translate real-world operational challenges into practical Salesforce and Agentforce solutions
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate and productionise AI-powered solutions
• Configure Agentforce agents, actions, topics, instructions and supporting workflows
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, enterprise platforms, APIs and external systems
• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, APIs and integration technologies
• Work with Salesforce data architecture and ensure agents have appropriate access to trusted enterprise data
• Support solution architecture across security, governance, scalability and responsible AI adoption
• Lead client workshops, demonstrations, discovery sessions and technical working sessions
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Data teams and business stakeholders throughout delivery
• Support adoption of Agentforce solutions and continuously improve agents based on business feedback and performance

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering/development background
• Commercial, hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce
• Experience building and deploying AI agents, Agentforce workflows or Salesforce AI solutions
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flow, APIs, integrations and Salesforce data architecture
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise data sources and external platforms
• Ability to take solutions from discovery and prototype through to production
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance and enterprise architecture
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable leading workshops and explaining complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment where requirements may initially be ambiguous

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience delivering Salesforce or AI solutions within Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Engineering or other complex enterprise environments
• Experience implementing Agentforce within large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments
• Experience with Data Cloud and grounding Agentforce solutions using enterprise data
• Broader knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI orchestration
• Salesforce certifications relating to Agentforce, AI, Platform Development or Architecture

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for more than a traditional Salesforce Developer.

The ideal candidate will combine:

Salesforce Engineer + Agentforce Specialist + AI Solution Consultant + Client-Facing Problem Solver

You should be comfortable sitting alongside client teams, understanding how their business operates, identifying where Agentforce can create genuine value and then building the solution yourself.

This is an initial 6-month contract based onsite in Abu Dhabi, with a strong possibility of extension as the programme develops.
