Job Summary

We are looking for a highly accomplished and senior-level Forward Deployed Engineer with 5 years of experience to lead the charge on complex AI agentic deployments. This role demands a seasoned technologist and strategic partner who can design and develop bespoke solutions leveraging our Agentforce platform and other cutting-edge technologies, while leading technical engagements and mentoring junior peers. You will drive transformative AI solutions from initial concept to successful deployment and ongoing optimization, operating with deep technical mastery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions, personally writing critical code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting issues while guiding junior team members.
• Take primary ownership of designing, developing and implementing high-quality, scalable production systems, including AI and LLM based intelligent agents on the Salesforce platform.
• Work directly with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents that meet unique business requirements and integrate with existing ecosystems.
• Own the entire data lifecycle: design data models, build processing pipelines, and ensure data is ready, optimized and secure for advanced AI applications.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical blockers throughout all phases of solution delivery.
• Drive Agentforce platform innovation, automate business processes, and craft user experiences, influencing product enhancements.
• Embed as a trusted strategic partner with client teams, translating operational challenges into actionable technical solutions.
• Perform deep-dive technical debugging and root cause analysis for complex system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors.
• Lead rapid prototyping and iteration, developing proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products alongside client teams.
• Enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across all deployed solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on, end-to‑end delivery experience for high-quality, scalable production solutions.
• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. 'JavaScript', 'Java', 'Python', 'Apex').
• Extensive experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including LLM integration, advanced AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with proficiency in enterprise data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Significant direct experience with the Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and complex development.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, strong execution focus, and proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical engagements, mentor junior team members, and oversee project technical aspects.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 60% of the time as needed to customer sites.
