Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking an Agent, Room Reservations to handle reservations for Atlantis The Palm with accuracy and courtesy. You will be the main information source for guests, replying promptly to inquiries and supporting the team with reports and guest communications.

The role requires prior call centre or front office experience, impeccable presentation, a positive attitude, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Opera systems is essential; Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French language skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or front office environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English is a must; Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations for Atlantis The Palm accurately and promptly.
• Reply to incoming correspondence and assist guests with inquiries.
• Prepare reports and support the reservations team as needed.
• Handle calls, take orders, answer questions, troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints.
