The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic is highly regarded, and proficiency with PMS or Synxis is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar reservations or call-center role within a luxury hospitality environment
• Fluency in Arabic is highly regarded
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems (PMS or Synxis)
