About The Role

The agent of the connectivity center is responsible for pre-arrivals processes and answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate departments or guest rooms, and providing information and assistance to hotel guests. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills and a genuine desire to serve and assist guests. They are expected to have an excellent service attitude, sense of urgency, be organized, diligent, dynamic, and always presentable. They will be responsible for creating joy for guests through anticipation, creativity, precision, empathy, warmth, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations.

About You

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year of experience in guest services or a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Guest drive, team player, flawless communicator, passionate, well organized, details oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
