Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Aftersales Systems Specialist to own master data, pricing packages and scheduling across the network. You will be the go-to person for system blocks and ensure data accuracy before service can proceed.

You will collaborate with Aftersales, Finance and IT to resolve live issues within tight timelines, build pricing structures for new models, and keep schedules loaded to support revenue and smooth invoicing.

Qualifications

Experience supporting or administering an automotive ERP in live aftersales.
Strong pricing and data management capabilities with attention to data quality.
Advanced Excel skills and data warehousing familiarity.
Excellent communication and problem-solving for frontline teams.

Responsibilities

Act as first-line systems support for service teams across branches, resolving issues within 48 hours.
Resolve blockers including pricing, invoicing and schedule issues to accelerate invoicing.
Collaborate with Aftersales, Finance and IT to drive timely resolutions.
Create and maintain pricing structures and service/parts packages.
Maintain master data and oversee dealer-installed accessories across models.
Support campaigns and ensure packaging aligns with approved pricing.
