Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks an experienced Aftersales Systems Analyst to own master data and service/parts packages, ensuring accurate pricing and schedules. You will resolve live system issues, load schedules, and support campaigns across the Aftersales distribution network.

You will collaborate with Aftersales, Finance and IT, driving improvements and enabling frontline teams with reliable data and fast, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Aftersales systems expertise in automotive ERP environment, ideally SAP, in a live aftersales setting.
• Pricing analyst or pricing assistant background with ability to build and maintain pricing structures.
• Advanced Excel and data management with large data sets and data integrity checks.
• Structured problem solving to diagnose issues and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line systems support for service teams across all branches.
• Resolve blockers including invoice reversals, mileage corrections and time‑clocking issues.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Finance and IT to drive resolutions to close within timelines.
• Create and maintain pre-delivery inspection packages.
• Build and upload retail service packages aligned to approved pricing with 100% accuracy.
• Set up and maintain the system for dealer-installed accessories across required models.
• Support campaign rollouts end to end and manage the system throughout the timeline.
• Upload service advisor shift patterns and technician work schedules for smooth operations.
• Maintain master data on backend system tables for stable integrations.
• Review processes and propose improvements to speed up frontline operations.
