Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior service leadership role within construction equipment or rental sectors.
• Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing service KPIs, budgets, and warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department, including workshop and field service teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
• Manage service operations, scheduling, and resource planning to maximize equipment uptime.
• Monitor and improve service KPIs, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
• Work closely with Parts and Sales teams to support aftermarket growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance on complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
