Job summary

SPIRO is seeking an experienced Head – After Sales in Dubai to lead the complete after-sales function for the commercial vehicle business. The candidate should bring strong hands-on expertise in HCV/trucks, covering service operations, spare parts, parts management, workshop operations and customer support.

The role aims to build a robust after-sales ecosystem, improve customer satisfaction, and drive parts and service revenue while ensuring operational excellence across the network.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive hands-on experience in after-sales for heavy commercial vehicles (HCV/trucks).
• Proven ability to lead service operations, spare parts, workshop operations and customer support.
• Strong capability to build an after-sales ecosystem and drive revenue and uptime.
