Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mechanical/technical engineering and management qualification.
• 7+ years of workshop management experience in automotive brands.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee After Sales workshop strategy aligned with group goals.
• Manage daily workshop operations to maximize productivity and quality.
• Plan budgets, control expenses and ensure profitability within targets.
• Supervise mechanics, allocate work, and optimize resource use.
• Maintain health, safety and security policies and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct weekly reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper tool maintenance and timely repair order processing.
• Keep customers informed on costs, timelines and handovers.
