Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to data accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel is preferred.
• 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or cost-control experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record all service orders, parts, and labor costs accurately in the system.
• Process cost data to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Ensure reports for management and accounting are complete and timely.
• Ensure cost entries comply with financial policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cost recording and reconciliation processes.
• Resolve discrepancies between invoices, parts usage, and service orders.
