Job summary

Howden Middle East in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Support Coordinator for a 4-month contract. You will support AFM services across the Middle East, handling inquiries, generating proposals, and processing orders.

The role requires strong organization, CRM/ERP familiarity, and ability to coordinate with multiple units while meeting deadlines. UAE visa preference noted. Bachelor degree, 3-5 years experience, CAD/Incoterms knowledge, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, technical, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Power BI.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Register customer enquiries for Aftermarket sales and coordinate with units/suppliers.
• Prepare quotes in CRM per pricing policy and obtain necessary approvals.
• Engage with customers, units, sales managers, and engineering on inquiries.
• Follow up on opportunities and update CRM with accurate data.
• Review orders, process in ERP, and issue orders to manufacturing entities.
• Create and submit advance payment invoices and coordinate with Finance.
• Prepare AFM opportunity/order reports from CRM/ERP data.
• Maintain data electronically per company policy.
• Onboard customers and vendors per policy.
• Coordinate with customers and trade compliance for approvals with monitored countries.
• Provide support during SOX and financial audits.
