Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, technical, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant business background, including customer service and inside sales.
• Familiar with UAE VAT principles.
• Knowledge of CAD, letters of credit, and shipping Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with MS Dynamics ERP and CRM (Sales Logix / Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Register customer enquiries in the system and coordinate with units/suppliers.
• Prepare quotes in CRM per pricing policy and obtain approvals.
• Engage with customers, units, sales managers, and engineering for inquiries.
• Update CRM with opportunities and follow up with customers/agents.
• Process orders in ERP and issue orders to manufacturing entities.
• Create and submit advance invoices and coordinate with Finance.
• Prepare reports on AFM opportunities and orders from CRM/ERP.
• Maintain data electronically per policy.
• Onboard customers and vendors per policy.
• Coordinate with trade compliance for approvals in monitored countries.
• Support SOX and financial audits.
