Job summary

Binance is seeking a dedicated Affiliate Business Developer to grow our MENA and global affiliate network, drive collaborations with KOLs, media outlets, and trading communities, and optimize user acquisition and revenue. You will balance growth with compliance and work across Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to equip partners with the right assets and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms, or related financial industries.
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), B2B partnership management, marketing, or public relations.
• Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow the affiliate network through proactive outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, KOLs, and other potential partners.
• Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation/due diligence processes for new affiliates.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Affiliate Business Developer to own and grow our expanding affiliate network across MENA and global markets. This role blends business development (BD) with relationship management, driving cold acquisition of new affiliates, KOLs, and channel partners while nurturing long-term relationships with our existing partners to maximize user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution.

You will work closely with prominent KOLs, YouTubers, media outlets, and trading communities to ensure their promotional efforts are effective, equipping them with the right assets, tools, and incentives to bring more users to Binance. Balancing growth with compliance and platform interests is essential. The ideal candidate understands the crypto/FX affiliate ecosystem deeply, is highly commercially sensitive, and can spot both opportunities and risks early.

Acquisition & Business Development

Performance & Growth

• Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
• Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates
• Create and execute promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI
• Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency
• Build and maintain reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance

Monitoring, Risk & Compliance

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
• Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, scams, manipulation, or non-compliant traffic sources
• Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations
• Monitor competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends, adjusting strategy accordingly

Internal Collaboration & Tools

• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
• Liaise with various departments to equip affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to attract more users
• Use in-house tools proficiently — learn quickly and collaborate with developers to enhance systems/interfaces, resolve issues, and conduct comprehensive data analyses

Requirements

Industry Experience

• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms, or related financial industries
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms (crypto familiarity is a strong plus)
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), B2B partnership management, marketing, or public relations
• Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems

Core Competencies

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills for both internal and external interactions
• Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with media, influencers, and key partners
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail — able to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends
• Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co‑marketing campaigns
• Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activity
• Cross‑cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets preferred
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage
