Job summary

ZO Skin Health, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Field Sales professional in Dubai to expand brand presence and drive growth across cosmetic clinics and skin professionals. You will partner with local trainers, deliver product trainings, and own the sales pipeline from lead generation to activation.

The role focuses on achieving monthly targets, developing quarterly account plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize brand engagement in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field sales experience in aesthetics or professional skincare.
• Strong record of business development and customer growth.
• Existing network within aesthetic clinics and skin professionals is advantageous.
• Full proficiency in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Expand brand presence by acquiring new customers and maximizing performance within existing accounts.
• Develop and implement quarterly account plans based on company marketing and education strategies.
• Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Cooperate with local trainer to implement educational strategies within targeted accounts.
• Deliver short product update trainings within clinics.
• Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to account activation, improving conversion metrics.
