Job summary

TAZWEED EMPLOYMENT LLC. is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our healthcare and aesthetic services in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into appointments, and promoting dermatology and wellness services.

You will manage the sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with the Clinic Manager to achieve monthly targets in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Healthcare, aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, or medical facility experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Strong sales, negotiation, lead conversion, and closing skills.
• Experience with lead generation and patient acquisition.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments and treatments.
• Promote aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, and healthcare services.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up leads from WhatsApp, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Develop corporate and community partnerships.
• Conduct external visits and business development activities.
• Promote treatment packages, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
• Support patient retention and rebooking.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Clinic Manager and clinical team.
