Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in aesthetics or cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license as per local regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with luxury spa brands or five-star hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of holistic and wellness treatments.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing and other skincare services
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure a warm welcoming and professional environment for all guests
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends techniques and product innovations
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with the Spa team to support daily operations and special events
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and service standards
