Job summary

HTIC Global is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Dubai to oversee warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and driving improvements in efficiency, quality control, and cost effectiveness. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse or inventory management within aviation, a logistics or operations degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure timely resolution of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) priorities with rapid response.
• Monitor inventory expiry and implement actions to avoid losses and stock obsolescence.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, scrap disposal processes, and facility upkeep.
• Adhere to aviation standards in storage, handling, and quality control.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and order picking efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse workflows and storage systems.
• Implement best practices to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely inbound/outbound activities.
• Allocate workforce and resources effectively to meet operational demands.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to enhance service quality and productivity.
• Track team performance and ensure timely and error-free execution of tasks.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards using data analytics.
• Leverage insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
